Ingredients

500 g Pineapple Juice Fresh
500 g Caster Sugar
120 g Blueberries
200 g Strawberries
120 g Mango
2 tbsp Guava Jelly or 120g fresh Guava or papaya but it must be very ripe
1/2 tsp Hibiscus Dried
1/4 cup Passion Fruit Purée

Instructions

Sous vide at 135 for 2 hours
