Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
  • Add ice.
  • Shake for 8-10 seconds.
  • Double strain on a chilled coupe.
  • Top with Ginger Foam.
  • Enjoy!

Ginger Foam

  • Add all ingredients to a soda siphon.
  • Charge with two or three N20 cartridges.
  • Shake each time in between.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Lasts 24 hours
