Instructions
Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Add ice.
Shake for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain on a chilled coupe.
Top with Ginger Foam.
Enjoy!
Ginger Foam
Add all ingredients to a soda siphon.
Charge with two or three N20 cartridges.
Shake each time in between.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
