Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a tin.
  • Muddle the pineapple.
  • Add ice.
  • Shake 8-10 seconds.
  • Strain into a coupe or nick and Nora glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple frond and a cube of pineapple.
