Instructions

  • Add ingredient to tin
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into chilled glass with ice
  • Top with cold Soda Water
  • Garnish with Rosemary sprig

Notes

Salted Rosemary Syrup
Combine 3 Tbs of sugar, 1 tsp sea salt and 1 sprig rosemary in a small sauce pan with 3oz (90ml) Warm water over medium heat until all is dissolved. Remove from heat, let stand til room temperature, then fine strain into a container. Keeps 1 week.
