Instructions
Add Grapefruit, Yuzu and simple syrup to a glass with ice.
Stir briefly.
Add gin and matcha to a shaking tin.
Shake 8-10 seconds.
Strain over the cocktail so that it layers on top of the grapefruit juice mix.
