Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup 2:1
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 Tsp Fernet-Branca
• 1/2 oz Aged Rum
• 1 oz Overproof Jamaica Rum

Garnish

• Freeze Dried Lemon Wheel

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
• Add ice.
• Shake for 8-10 seconds.
• Double strain in a chilled coupe.
• Garnish.
• Enjoy!
