Ingredients

 

OZML

• 3/4 oz rhum agricole preferably La Favorite Blanc
• 3/4 oz aged rum preferably Plantation Barbados 5 year
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
• 1/2 oz raspberry gomme syrup
• 6 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish

• Mint
• seasonal fruit

Instructions

 

• Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
• Shake with ice.
• Strain into a double Old-Fashioned glass over a mountain of crushed ice.
• Garnish with mint and fruits in season.
