OZML

• 1 1/2 oz Sfumato Rabarbaro
• 1/2 oz Luxardo Bitter Rosso
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White

Garnish

• Lemon Peel

Instructions

 

• Dry shake/wet shake.
• Pour over rocks in a rocks glass.
• Enjoy!
