Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1 oz Scotch
• 1 oz Whiskey Pot Still Irish
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Orgeat

Garnish

• Lemon Twist and discard

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake dry (no ice) for 30 seconds
• Then shake with a big rock of ice 8-10 seconds.
• Strain into a coupe and express oils from the lemon peel over the cocktail.
• Discard the peel.
• Enjoy!
