Ingredients

 

OZML

• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Raspberry Syrup
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White

Garnish

• Raspberry

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients to a shaking set .
• Dry shake 30 seconds to emulsify egg white.
• Then add a big rock of ice and cheater cube.
• Shake until cheater is fully dissolved.
• Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
• Garnish with fresh raspberry.
• Enjoy!
