Ingredients

2 oz Amontillado Sherry
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
.75 oz Lemon Juice

Garnish

Angostura Bitters
Pineapple Wedge
Pineapple Frond

Instructions

Add ingredients to tin
Add pebble or crushed ice and shake until cold
Pour into glass and top with ice
Garnish with Angostura Bitters, Pineapple Wedge and Frond
