1/2 oz Pineapple Juice Acidulated Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
5 drops Saline Solution 80g water 20g salt
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
60 g Pineapple Frozen
170 g Ice pebble or crushed ice

Garnish

Pineapple Wedge

Instructions

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend.
Next, add the ice and blend again.
Garnish.
