Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Rum Scarlet Ibis Rum
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice Acidulated Pineapple Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
- 5 drops Saline Solution 80g water 20g salt
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 60 g Pineapple Frozen
- 170 g Ice pebble or crushed ice
Garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend.
- Next, add the ice and blend again.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
