OZML

• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 3/4 oz Pomelo Juice

Top

• Soda Water

Garnish

• Pomelo Twist

Instructions

 

• Shake all ingredients in a tin.
• Sstrain into a highball glass over ice.
• Top with soda water and zest pomelo.
• Add garnish.
• Enjoy!
