Ingredients

 

OZML

• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1/4 cup Rocket or Arugula
• 1 Fennel Bulb fresh

Garnish

• Lime Wheel Flag

Instructions

 

• Add ingredients in a mixing tin.
• Muddle.
• Add ice.
• Shake for 8-10 seconds.
• Double strain into a chilled glass.
• Garnish.
• Enjoy!
