Jasper’s Jamaican
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 barspoon Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Allspice Dram
- 1 1/4 oz Jamaica Rum
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain in a chilled coupe.
- Enjoy!

Nice cocktail. Well balanced. When I think of a Caribbean style or Jamaican cocktail I think of angostura bitters as a flavor. The All Spice dram in this really adds a nice spice to the cocktail.
