Ingredients

 

OZML

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 8 Mint Leaves
• 1 Cucumber Slice

Garnish

• 2 Cucumber Slices

Instructions

 

• Add mint and cucumber into a tin.
• Lightly muddle being careful to only press the mint without shredding.
• Add all other ingredients and shake vigorously with ice for 8-10 seconds.
• Double strain in a rocks glass over a big rock of ice.
• Garnish with 2 cucumber slices.
• Enjoy!
