Today we are making Limoncello which is an Italian Liqueur which is technically used as an apertivo but it’s also used as an digestif.
Ingredients
- 15 pcs Lemon Peels
- 2 1/2 cups Alcohol
- 2 cups Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Peel the Lemon
- Add alcohol
- Heat using sous vide.
- Strain.
- Add simple syrup.
- Stir.
- Transfer in a bottle.
- Refrigerate.
- Enjoy!
