Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1 1/2 oz Jamaica Rum
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Rich Simple Syrup 2:1
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 2 drops Saline solution 20%
• Absinthe Rinse

Garnish

• Grated Nutmeg

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
• Shake for 8-10 seconds.
• Double strain into a rinsed coupe.
• Garnish.
• Enjoy!
