Like the Perfect Manhattan, this splitting the vermouths between Sweet and Dry also works wonders in a martini.
Perfect Martini
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add big ice first and add smaller ice.
- Stir for approximately 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, Nick and Nora or Coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Enjoy!
