OZML

• 2 oz Demerara Rum
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 6-8 Mint Leaves

Top

• Angostura Bitters

Garnish

• Mint Sprig

Instructions

 

• In a chilled glass, lightly press the mint leaves.
• Add the other ingredients.
• Add the ice.
• Swizzle up and down using the swizzle stick.
• Top with Angostura Bitters.
• Snowcap with another layer of ice.
• Garnish.
• Enjoy!
