• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 3/4 oz Rum
• 1 Egg White

Top

• Soda

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
• Dry Shake.
• Add ice.
• Shake for 8-10 seconds.
• Double Strain in a chilled glass.
• Top.
• Enjoy!
