Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1 1/2 oz Bushmills Prohibition Blend
• 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Rich Simple Syrup  2:1
• 1 egg white

Garnish

• Orange Twist

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients into a tin with egg white and dry shake.
• Add a big rock of ice.
• Shake 8-10 seconds.
• Strain into a cocktail Class or coupe.
• Enjoy!
