Song of the Siren

Today we make a tiki drink using ice from the Opal Machine.

How’s it gonna do? Song Of The Siren is a very satisfying modern tiki drink from NYC bartender and Consultant Shannon Mustipher and comes from her new book Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails. We are also using the pebble ice from our new Opal Ice Maker to see how it preforms in a cocktail! This is the final test to see whether or not this machine has good bar applications! cross your fingers for a good result!

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to tin with shaking ice
  • Shake 8-10 Seconds
  • Add Pebble Ice to Glass with Banana Leaf Garnish
  • Pour cocktail into Glass and top with Pebble Ice
