Saw your video on Instagram and tried it tonight. Can’t afford the absinthe so used sambucca instead. Best cocktail I’ve tried in a long time. Highly recommend!

This is great well balanced complex drink. The sweet floral notes, the slightly bitter orange, and botanicals are all nicely wrapped nicely wrapped in licorice .

  3. Can’t wait to try this. I think I saw you on a YouTube channel and brought it up in discussion last night with my son who was a bartender. Thanks again, Bob in the United States

  4. One of my own is similar but with citrus, so a daisy really. 1.5 gin (I use No. Ten), 0.5 Aperol, 0.5 St Germain, O.5 lime. Absinthe spritz/spray, but doesn’t need it. Named the “Blackburn” if it hasn’t previously been invented.
