Wolfsbane

Wolfsbane cocktail was a special on the menu of Cole’s French Dip in 2023. Our reader Jackson Crites is not sure who invented it but as far as he can tell only one bartender still works at Cole’s who knows how to make it. He had to guess at the specs so please adjust if you think it’s off balance.

Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients

 

• 2 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Midori
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• pinch Salt

Garnish

• Orange Peel

Instructions

 

• Add ingredients to cocktail shaker.
• Shake for 8-10 seconds.
• Strain into chilled coupe glass.
• Garnish.
• Enjoy!
