I came up with this after watching the video about acid-adjusted pineapple juice. The taste is reminiscent of the sour pineapple haribo gummy bear (in a way that really worked for me).

Acid-Adjusted Pineapple Daiquiri

Ingredients

 

OZML

• ½ oz Demerara Syrup
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice Acid adjusted
• 1 ½ oz Don Q gold
• ½ oz Plantation OFTD

Garnish

• Pineapple Wedge

Instructions

 

• Add ingredients to shaker.
• Add one large ice cube and one cracked cube.
• Shake.
• Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
