Ingredients

 

• 500 g Pineapple Juice Fresh
• 500 g Caster Sugar
• 120 g Blueberries
• 200 g Strawberries
• 120 g Mango
• 2 tbsp Guava Jelly or 120g fresh Guava or papaya but it must be very ripe
• 1/2 tsp Hibiscus Dried
• 1/4 cup Passion Fruit Purée

Instructions

 

• Sous vide at 135 for 2 hours
