Toby Maloney’s Eastside variation playing the cucumber and salt off of each other and the Rosewater and Angostura off of each other. A banger of a drink if ever there was one. Both are crushable and complex.

Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to tin and muddle lightly.
  • Add ice and shake 8-10 seconds.
  • Place mint leaf garnish on cocktail so it floats.
  • Add one drop of Rosewater onto the Leaf.
  • Add 3 drops angostura on top of the cocktail close to the mint.
  • Enjoy!
