Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1 oz Aged Rum
• 1 oz Oloroso Sherry
• 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
• 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice

Garnish

• Mint Sprig
• Absinthe Spritz

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
• Add pebble ice.
• Shake.
• Pour into a chilled glass without straining.
• Garnish.
• Enjoy!
