Pink Belly
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Limoncello
- 1 1/2 oz Gin Butterfly Pea
- Lemon Twist
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain in a chilled coupe.
- Zest lemon twist and discard.
- Enjoy!
