Rainbow Sour

Pineau Des Charentes is a Mistille which is a grape that must be added to brandy or in the case of Pineau Cognac. Legend has it that someone accidentally added grape must to a cognac cask and forgot about it. Years later when the mistake was discovered, the results were amazing and Pineau was born.

Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1 1/2 oz Pineau Des Charentes
• 1/2 oz Marie Brizard Apricot liqueur
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish

• Luxardo Cherry
• Orange Slice

Instructions

 

• Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
• Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
• Strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes.
• Garnish Cherry and Orange.
• Enjoy!
