Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Rosemary Syrup
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz Limoncello
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
Rosemary Syrup
- 1 cup Simple Syrup
- 3 Rosemary Sprigs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain in a chilled coupe.
- Enjoy!
Rosemary Syrup
- Put in a pan.
- Bring to a light simmer for 2 minutes.
- Put in a jar.
- Lasts 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
