The Monks’ Knees

During quarantine I started making drinks as a hobby, bought this bottle of yellow chartreuse, and figured that it would go well in a bee’s knees. Turns out it does. The honey, the oak aged gin (also distilled from honey), and the honeyed notes of the yellow chartreuse provide an interesting riff on a classic.
